Refunds and Cancellation

PlumbRevise Premium is a digital subscription for UK plumbing and gas revision. Prices are shown in GBP on the Premium page before checkout.
Digital access
When Premium checkout is live, access starts as soon as payment is confirmed. Premium unlocks the paid question bank, mock assessments, full revision-note access and account progress tools.
Cancellation
You can cancel a Premium subscription at any time from your account billing controls. After cancellation, Premium access continues until the end of the paid billing period and the subscription does not renew.
Refunds
Refund requests can be made within 14 days of purchase by emailing help@plumbrevise.co.uk. Include the email address on your PlumbRevise account and the reason for the request.
Account deletion
Account deletion can be requested from the account page. If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel the subscription first so billing is stopped before account data is removed.
